CLR Calcium, Lime and Rust Remover is a powerful formula that quickly and easily dissolves and removes tough calcium and lime deposits as well as surface rust stains from bathtubs, toilet bowls, sinks, glass, chrome, fiberglass, stainless steel, most coffee makers, humidifiers, dishwashers, washing machines and shower heads. The formula also is perfect for use on RVs and boats. CLR Calcium, Lime and Rust Remover is part of the EPA’s Safer Choice Program, recognizing the product as a safer alternative to chemicals. The fast-acting, powerful CLR formula is septic-safe and contains no phosphates. Always spot test in an inconspicuous area before beginning to clean. Available in 28 oz., 42 oz., and 128 oz. bottles.

Ingredients

Septic safe. Contains NO phosphates and is not corrosive. Water CAS 7732-18-5, Lactic Acid CAS 79-33-4, Gluconic Acid CAS 526-95-4, Lauramine Oxide CAS 1643-20-5, Tripropylene Glycol N-Butyl Ether CAS 55934-93-5, Blue 1 CAS 3844-45-9, Yellow 5 CAS 1934-21-0.

Warnings

Warning: harmful if swallowed. Eye and skin irritant. Read other warnings on back label carefully. **warning: vapor may be harmful. Do not mix with other household cleaners or chemicals including bleach, as toxic fumes may result. Do not reuse empty bottle.

Directions

How to Use: Showerheads, tubs, sinks, porcelain, chrome/stainless steel, vinyl siding, coffee pots, tea kettles and humidifiers: Mix equal parts (50/50 CLR to water solution) for light stains/build up. Repeat as necessary. Use full strength for stubborn stains/build up. After 2 minutes, rinse promptly and thoroughly with cold clean water. Toilet Bowls: Remove water from the bowl, apply directly to stains undiluted, scrub, after 2 minutes flush. Repeat process if necessary. Concrete/Brick/Stucco: Use per instructions above but do not use on colored concrete, concrete less than 1 yr old, stamped concrete or on painted/coated/sealed concrete/brick/stucco. Due to various compositions of concrete/brick/stucco a lightening or darkening may occur. After 2 minutes, rinse promptly and thoroughly with cold clean water. Coffee Makers: Refer to your coffee maker manual cleaning directions first. Mix 1 part product to 8 parts water, remove filter, run through cycle. Rinse well with 4 pots of water. Do not use in coffee makers that bold water permanently including espresso. Gevalia or Keurig machines. See website for more detailed instructions. Washing Machine (For HE or front loader washing machines use only 1/4)/Dishwashers: Add 1/2 cup to an empty machine on normal cycle. Run another cycle empty with just water to rinse. Always spot test on a hidden surface first before beginning any cleaning job. Important. Wear household rubber gloves. May etch older sinks, tubs and tiles. Always avoid prolonged contact with any surface. After 2 minutes, rinse promptly and thoroughly with cold clean water.
